Freelance & contract

Senior engineering for teams that need something actually shipped.

Separate from my full-time job search, I take on a small number of freelance engagements at a time. Most are AI integrations, Odoo + automation, or full-stack product builds. All come with weekly demos, a written plan, and code your team can own.

How we work

Process, in four steps

Same shape for a 2-week sprint or a 3-month build.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

30 minutes. Free. We agree on what good looks like and whether I'm the right person for it.

  2. 02

    Scope + plan

Short written proposal with milestones, risks, deliverables and a fixed price or rate.

  3. 03

    Build in slices

Weekly demos. You always see something working, not just status updates.

  4. 04

    Handover

Docs, recordings, runbooks. Your team owns it after I leave.

Principles

How I work, written down

  • Fixed-price wherever the scope can be fixed.
  • Weekly demo, not weekly status.
  • Code, infra and workflows live in your Git, not mine.
  • Honest about what I do not know.
  • No 'just one more thing' scope creep without a written change.
